I paid, but could not get a scooter
When you press the “Take a Scooter” button, a beep should sound, after which you can take the chosen scooter and start the trip.If you failed to take the selected scooter:
“I returned the scooter, but the status of the trip is still shown as“ incomplete ”- do not worry, you will only pay for the actual period of use.
Make sure that the scooter is securely fixed in the parking station.
Your journey will be completed automatically.
If all racks are occupied or free racks do not take a scooter
If the scooter is defective - Do not worry, report this problem to the service. support, the trip for you will be free.
